Toshihiko Shiroishi
Toshihiko Shiroishi, Ph.D. is Professor of Mammalian Genetics Laboratory, and Head of Genetic Strains Research Center, National Institute of Genetics. Current research interest of Dr. Shiroishi is in the genetic control of pattern formation during mouse embryogenesis, and evolution of cis-regulatory elements for developmental genes. He is also studying genetic control of complex traits including morphogenesis and energy metabolism based on the forward genetics approach.
