The anteroom adjacent to the Auditorium is available for speakers to preview and rehearse their presentation. |

| Lockers |
Lockers are available at the venue. Please make sure to keep your valuables with you and not in the lockers. |

Lunch |
|
Lunch boxes will be provided each day from the 23rd to the 25th. |
|

Banquet |
|
A dinner party will be held after the scientific program on Monday, March 23 at the CDB lounge. Banquet fee is 3,000 JPY. All participants are welcome.
Please indicate whether you will attend the banquet when you make an online registration. The banquet fee will be collected in cash in Japanese yen on the event day. No cancellations accepted. |

Day Nursery |
|
A day nursery is available for symposium participants. The nursery is located approximately 10 minutes walk away from the meeting venue. In principle, nursery users must contact the Secretariat [sympo2015@cdb.riken.jp] at least 3 weeks before the day of their intended use.
