PARTICIPATION To apply to participate in the 15th CDB Meeting, please download the Application Form, fill in all required information and send an e-mail with the title "15th CDB Meeting Application" with the completed form as an attachment to: cdb-mtg@cdb.riken.jp. Notification of receipt will be sent to your e-mail address when the secretariat receives your application. Your registration will be completed once you receive the e-mail. Please contact cdb-mtg@cdb.riken.jp if you do not receive the e-mail. If you wish to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation, please send the data along with your completed application form. Banquet will be held on January 24 after the scientific program. The banquet fee is 1,000 yen for students and 3,000 yen for other participants. The banquet fee will be collected at the time of registration. SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT The organizers of the meeting encourage registrants to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. The deadline for meeting registration and abstract submission is October 31, 2007. Prior to submitting an abstract, please download the sample abstract and follow the instructions for formatting. To submit your abstract, please send the data along with your completed application form as an e-mail attachment to: cdb-mtg@cdb.riken.jp. POSTER FORMAT The panel is 180 cm (height) by 90 cm (width). A poster number will be provided in advance.
