Site Information |
|
The Symposium will convene in the CDB Auditorium, located on the 1st floor of Building C, CDB. Registration will open at 9:00 am. Please refer to the "ACCESS" of this homepage for a guide to the locations.

Wireless internet connection is available at the venue. Please inquire at the registration desk for details. A number of Internet-access modular jacks, cables and PCs are also available for use by Symposium participants at the loung opposite the Auditorium. |

Preview
room |
Space is available for speakers to preview and rehearse their presentation in the anteroom adjacent to the Auditorium. |

| Lockers |
Lockers are available at the venue. |

Lunch |
|
Lunch box will be provided each day from the 10th to the 12th.

Reception |
|
A dinner party will be held after the program on Monday, March 10 at the
CDB Salon.
* Reception fee is 3,000 JPY. The reception fee will be collected on the
event day. Please make sure to prepare cash in Japanese yen.
